RENTAL & REFUND POLICY

Overview

  • Erecce Marketplace is committed to providing clear and fair refund policies for all rentals. Refunds are processed based on the terms outlined in your rental agreement and the conditions below.

Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 3 days/hours before the rental start date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 2 days/hours before the rental start date: [X]% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 days/hours before the rental start date: No refund.
  • Late returns or early terminations may result in partial refunds or additional charges.

Refund Eligibility
When Refunds Are Granted

  • Cancellation within the required notice period.
  • Unused rental period due to early return (if approved by Vendor).
  • Defects or safety issues with the rental property not disclosed upfront.
  • Emergencies (e.g., medical crises) with valid documentation.

When Refunds Are Not Granted

  • Cancellations outside the required notice period.
  • Customer negligence or misuse of the rental property.
  • Breach of rental terms (e.g., unauthorized guests, pets, or activities).
  • Dissatisfaction with the property that does not relate to health/safety standards.

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval.
  • A 15% processing fee may apply (if applicable).
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

  • No refunds for cancellations or disruptions caused by:
  • Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes).
  • Government actions (e.g., travel bans, lockdowns).
  • Damage to the property caused by the customer.
  • Customers are encouraged to purchase travel or rental insurance for unforeseen events.
